You will not have to break through a firewall of medical assistants and receptionists to speak to your provider as you will have direct contact to them 24/7.
In many cases you will be able to schedule a same-day or next-day visit. Appointments are generally 30-45 minutes, significantly longer than appointments with conventional providers. We offer the option of Direct Primary Care to those who are uninsured or who have insurance with whom our office is not contracted.

Cynthia "Cindy" is a lifelong resident of the Middletown/Cromwell area. Cindy has been in healthcare since 1986 having worked at Middlesex Hospital as a Registered Nurse from 1991 till 2017. Cindy has a passion for empowering patients with knowledge to enable them to make informed decisions and to be active participant in their own healthcare.
